Staff Appraiser -Valuations : Delaware County, PA

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential valuation services organization seeking a Staff Appraiser to cover Delaware County, PA. In this work-from-home role, you will:

• Complete desktop and field appraisal reports according to client requirements and established turn times
• Conduct quality control reviews on complex valuation reports
• Perform review appraisals and handle quality control escalations
• Troubleshoot and independently resolve complex quality control issues with field appraisers and clients
• Contribute to valuation projects as needed
• Maintain high-quality standards across all appraisal assignments

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates who possess:

• Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser designation in Pennsylvania (trainee or licensed appraisers will not be considered)
• Experience appraising a broad range of property types typical of Delaware County, PA and surrounding areas
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Sufficient computer skills to develop appraisal reports and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Commitment to producing quality appraisal products
• Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of Delaware County, PA
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
