We are representing a confidential digital media organization seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join their remote team. This role focuses on personal branding and short-form content strategy for creator accounts across major platforms. Our client operates in the creator economy space and requires someone who can demonstrate proven results in audience growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple creator accounts
• Manage end-to-end content production, including content calendars, scriptwriting, ideation, and video sourcing
• Produce and edit high-impact Instagram Reels and TikTok content optimized for virality
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads and Facebook Business Manager
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize reach and engagement
• Collaborate with marketing leadership and external stakeholders to align on brand strategy
• Maintain cohesive personal branding across all digital platforms

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1–2+ years of professional experience in social media marketing
• Proven track record managing personal brands or creator accounts (this is mandatory and must be verifiable)
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok platform dynamics, algorithms, and best practices
• Proficiency in creating and editing short-form video content
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Facebook Business Manager
• Exceptional understanding of current social media trends and viral content strategies
• English proficiency at C1+ level; fluency in German is required for one specific position variant
• Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Preferred: Experience in influencer or adult creator marketing
