Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential robotics organization operating in the food technology sector. As a working student in foodservice operations, you will ensure smooth daily operations of an autonomous cooking system at a client location in Heikendorf (near Kiel).
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring robotic cooking equipment during live service
- Preparing fresh ingredients and loading them into the automated system
- Overseeing each cooking step to maintain consistent quality and correct portions
- Greeting guests warmly, answering their questions, and assisting them with the robotic system
- Maintaining cleanliness around the station, conducting daily system checks, and ensuring proper hygiene standards according to HACCP protocols
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a working student who is curious about innovative technology and passionate about combining tech with culinary quality.
Essential skills and attributes:
- Curiosity and openness to working with robotic cooking technology
- Enthusiasm for both modern technology and good food
- Motivated, energetic, hands-on approach to work
- Flexibility and reliability for shifts during weekdays and weekends
- Good German language skills and at least basic English for guest and team communication
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in kitchen or service environments is a bonus but not required
