Social Media Manager & Video Editor in Teilzeit (m/w/d) in München

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential content agency in Munich that produces social media content for diverse clients across gastronomy, retail, beauty, legal, real estate, and other industries. As Social Media Manager & Video Editor (part-time), you will:

• Edit Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos for multiple client brands
• Review, sort, and organize video footage from production shoots
• Prepare raw material for editing and final delivery
• Add subtitles, music, sound effects, and simple animations to videos
• Learn and implement different editing styles tailored to each client
• Incorporate client feedback and corrections quickly
• Quality-check finished videos and prepare them for publication
• Plan and coordinate client projects from concept to completion
• Track deadlines and open tasks across multiple campaigns
• Organize pre- and post-production logistics for video shoots
• Manage scripts, files, approvals, and content assets
• Support client communication and account management

The role involves working with CapCut primarily, though experience with Premiere Pro or similar tools is transferable. You will gain increasing responsibility for managing projects independently as you develop within the team.

What We're Looking For

Essential native or fluent German language skills: You must speak, read, and write German at a professional level with strong grammatical command. You will be reviewing subtitles, controlling content accuracy, and communicating directly with clients in German.

Technical skills:

• Proven experience editing Reels, TikToks, and short-form social video
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or comparable editing software
• Strong working knowledge of Canva for social graphics, presentations, and content assets
• Understanding of hooks, pacing, music selection, subtitling, and narrative tension
• Awareness of social media trends and platform dynamics

Pay
