Senior Sales Manager:in Brand & Performance Advertising (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential community platform organization seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in brand and performance advertising. In this role, you will:

• Build and develop your own customer pipeline from the ground up through proactive outreach and lead generation, leveraging internal AI-powered tools to identify ideal brand partners
• Close deals at the decision-maker level with major brands and media agencies for hyperlocal and national campaigns, managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
• Scale advertising budgets by identifying opportunities for add-ons, upsells, and cross-media concepts that deliver lasting impact rather than standard packages
• Serve as a creative sparring partner, proactively developing innovative approaches to maximize client visibility and campaign effectiveness on the platform
• Act as a mentor and role model within the sales team, sharing your expertise and driving collective ambition and performance

What We're Looking For

• 4-5+ years of proven experience in media or advertising sales, ideally with a focus on branding or platform campaigns
• Demonstrated track record of successfully winning major brand clients and establishing significant revenue drivers
• Hunter mentality with a passion for sales – cold outreach energizes rather than intimidates you, and you possess an unwavering drive to succeed
• Established network within the agency and brand world that you can activate immediately
• Big-picture thinking and courage to find creative solutions where others see obstacles
• Self-organized, highly focused work style with genuine entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluency in German is required for this Berlin-based position
