About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential brand experience agency based in Stuttgart, and our talent team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects across retail, sports, fashion, and luxury sectors while working with an international, creative team.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects independently from planning through cost control to final billing and reconciliation
- Provide strategic client consultation and relationship development for accounts in retail, sports, fashion, and luxury segments, working closely with senior account leadership
- Manage transparent budget planning and hold full financial accountability for your assigned project portfolio
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members
- Confidently manage diverse project formats including retail campaigns, events, and brand experiences
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, external vendors, and partners while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience with focus on retail, sports, fashion, or luxury sectors
- Proven experience leading and developing project teams with strong commercial acumen and strategic consulting capabilities
- Enthusiasm for dynamic work spanning strategic concept development through precise operational execution
- Interdisciplinary mindset with strong team collaboration skills and ability to maintain overview during intensive project phases
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in both German and English
- Located in or willing to relocate to Stuttgart, Germany
