Visual Merchandising Associate

PRISM+ is seeking a Visual Merchandising Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this full-time role, you'll transform our retail spaces into engaging customer experiences through strategic product displays, creative window arrangements, and compelling in-store presentations.

What This Role Involves

As a Visual Merchandising Associate at PRISM+, you'll be responsible for designing and executing visual displays that showcase our product range to maximum effect. Your work will drive customer engagement, highlight featured items, and reinforce brand identity across our retail environment. You'll collaborate with store management and marketing teams to bring promotional campaigns to life and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects PRISM+ standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and maintain eye-catching product displays, window features, and point-of-sale arrangements throughout the store
• Implement seasonal and promotional visual campaigns aligned with PRISM+ marketing initiatives
• Arrange product layouts to optimise customer flow, highlight new arrivals, and support sales objectives
• Regularly audit store displays for consistency, cleanliness, and alignment with brand guidelines
• Respond to ad-hoc merchandising requests and support store events or product launches
• Maintain accurate inventory of display materials, signage, and props

Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail display design, or a related retail role
• Strong creative eye with an understanding of colour, composition, and spatial design
• Attention to detail and ability to execute designs consistently and precisely
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and install displays safely
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
