About the Role

As a Night Time Front of House Team Member at our Meridian location, you'll be the face of Chick-fil-A during our busiest hours. This is a full-time position where you'll engage directly with guests, ensure smooth operations, and uphold the high service standards Chick-fil-A is known for. You'll work as part of a close-knit team committed to creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and serve guests with genuine warmth and attention to their needs
• Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter and drive-thru, handling cash and digital payment methods
• Prepare orders and ensure food quality meets company standards
• Keep the dining area and front-of-house clean, organized, and inviting throughout your shift
• Respond to guest questions and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving mindset
• Support team members during peak dinner and evening periods
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
