This role centers on building meaningful therapeutic relationships—treating patients for complete one-hour sessions without time pressure. You determine your own schedule, curate your patient caseload, and earn compensation through clinical quality rather than visit volume. Your hourly rate ranges from $75 to $83, with an uncapped referral bonus program offering $750 for each physical therapist you refer who completes 30 visits with Kins.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and exercise prescriptions
  • Deliver in-home and virtual therapy sessions with clinical excellence
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on clinical findings
  • Document patient encounters in the electronic medical record system
  • Coordinate with patients and referring providers via secure communication

Skills & Qualifications

  • Active New York State Physical Therapist license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Completed state-mandated continuing education requirements for New York
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 4 patient visits per week
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
