Associates Asset Recovery is hiring a full-time Repo Lot Attendant in Fayetteville, Cumberland County, North Carolina. This is a hands-on operations role managing our vehicle recovery lot while leading a team to meet client compliance and performance goals.

About the Role

As our Repo Lot Attendant in Fayetteville, you'll oversee daily lot operations to ensure every vehicle, record, and process meets our clients' strict compliance requirements. You'll manage inventory, coordinate staff, track driver performance, and maintain the facilities that keep our asset recovery business running smoothly. This is a full-time position for someone ready to take ownership of operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and lot documentation to satisfy client compliance audits
• Hire, train, and supervise lot and field staff to fill open positions as needed
• Monitor driver performance and route completion against weekly goals and KPIs
• Ensure all lot activities follow Associates Asset Recovery company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve operational issues quickly
• Keep the lot secure, organized, and ready for client inspections

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing vehicle lots, warehouse operations, or similar facility roles
• Proven ability to lead and hire team members
• Strong organizational skills and attention to compliance detail
• Comfortable with basic reporting, inventory tracking, and documentation
• Ability to work independently and motivate others toward measurable goals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
