About the Role

In this Regional Marketing Manager position, you'll own strategic marketing direction across North America, working closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to drive awareness, pipeline generation, and market penetration. You'll balance hands-on marketing execution with team leadership, setting the pace for marketing innovation while building sustainable organizational capability.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategy that aligns with company growth objectives and market opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and build the regional marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities, support pipeline, and align messaging with target customer needs
• Manage marketing budget, track performance across channels, and optimize based on ROI and business impact
• Develop positioning, messaging, and thought leadership content for North America audiences
• Build strategic partnerships with industry organizations, events, and complementary service providers
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategy refinement

What We're Looking For

• Significant marketing management experience with demonstrated success leading regional or multi-territory teams
• Track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
• Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
• Strong leadership capabilities, communication skills, and ability to influence across functions
• Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to measure marketing impact and optimize strategy
• Background in regulated industries, compliance, fintech, or identity verification a plus
• Commitment to understanding customer needs and translating insights into market-winning approaches
