AI Developer – OneGuru | Onsite, Noida | Open to India-based candidates only

Infopro Learning is recruiting an AI Developer to join our OneGuru platform team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a full-time, office-based position for someone with 3+ years of production AI/ML experience who wants to own real systems that power enterprise talent intelligence at scale.

About the Role

OneGuru is an artificial intelligence-driven platform built around skills intelligence and talent assessment. Unlike most roles where machine learning gets layered on top of an existing product, here the intelligence layer is the product itself. You'll develop the core systems that drive this: models that measure skill proficiency from real evidence, retrieval and reasoning systems that shape career and learning pathways, and data infrastructure that transforms organisational information into actionable insights. Working in a focused engineering team that prioritises speed and quality equally, you'll take responsibility for systems that reach production and influence real decisions within major enterprises—which is exactly why every line of code must be dependable.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end LLM applications on Microsoft Azure, including retrieval systems, agent-based workflows, prompt engineering, and production APIs
• Define, measure, and optimise feature quality through systematic evaluation frameworks, ensuring AI components meet rigorous performance standards before release
• Build skill inference and proficiency models that translate assessment data, work artefacts, and learning signals into trustworthy skill scores
• Establish data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric to ingest, validate, and structure HR, learning management, and job market data for AI consumption
• Operationalise models for production: balance latency, cost, and reliability across versioning, monitoring, and retraining cycles
• Deploy solutions on Azure using containerised services, modern APIs, and robust CI/CD practices
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams daily to communicate trade-offs, document architecture decisions, and shape the development roadmap
• Embed fairness, interpretability, and ethical considerations into every feature, treating responsible AI as a core engineering discipline

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence engineering
• Demonstrated track record of at least one AI or ML system deployed to production
• Working knowledge of Azure ecosystem and willingness to work across Microsoft cloud services including Fabric
• Comfortable building with large language models and retrieval-augmented generation frameworks
• Strong foundation in Python or similar production-grade programming language
• Familiarity with MLOps principles, model evaluation, and operationalisation practices
