Our client specializes in paid social campaigns for lifestyle and consumer brands, with a strong focus on data-driven creative that converts. They need a talented Video Editor who understands that great content isn't just beautiful—it drives measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Edit video content with performance marketing in mind—creating assets that stop the scroll and drive conversions, even when working with challenging raw material
• Produce high-quality still images that stand out in feed, treating photography as its own discipline with attention to contrast, composition, and visual balance
• Enhance content independently with subtle animations, subtitles, and sound design to maximize impact
• Leverage AI tools strategically to fill content gaps and execute ideas efficiently when source material is limited
• Make autonomous decisions about where creative improvements will yield the strongest performance gains

What We're Looking For

• Performance marketing mindset: you understand what works in ad accounts and how editing decisions directly influence campaign success
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a performance marketing agency or e-commerce company, familiar with the pace and standards of agency work
• Strong technical skills across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and generative AI tools, with both expertise and attention to detail
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Based in Berlin or willing to visit regularly for team collaboration
• Ownership mentality: pragmatic, structured, and excited to take responsibility in building and shaping a creative function
• Portfolio demonstrating performance-focused creative work (applications without portfolio links cannot be considered)
