Vice President, Facility Operations

Lead facility operations and logistics for hampr, a rapidly expanding laundry-as-a-service provider based in San Diego, California. As Vice President of Facility Operations, you'll oversee the facilities, processes, and teams that keep our 24-hour turnaround guarantee running smoothly across a growing network of locations serving households, businesses, and properties nationwide.

About the Role

This full-time position places you at the operational heart of hampr's mission to eliminate laundry from customers' to-do lists. You'll drive efficiency, quality, and scalability across all facility operations while building and mentoring a high-performing leadership team in a fast-growing, customer-obsessed organization.

What You'll Do

• Direct all aspects of facility management, including equipment maintenance, process optimization, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Build and lead an operations team, setting performance metrics and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Develop strategic plans to scale operations efficiently as hampr expands to new markets
• Manage capital budgets, operational expenses, and cost-reduction initiatives without compromising service quality
• Optimize workflows and workflows across laundry processing, sorting, packaging, and delivery logistics
• Partner with other departments to align operational capabilities with customer demand and growth targets
• Implement systems and technologies to monitor quality, productivity, and equipment performance

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of operations management experience, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or service-delivery environments
• Proven track record leading and scaling operations teams in fast-growth companies
• Strong business acumen: comfort with P&L management, budget forecasting, and ROI analysis
• Problem-solving mindset with experience optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across executive and frontline teams
• Familiarity with operational technology, data analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies
