OPEN ROAD AUTO GROUP in Edison, Middlesex County is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor—the professional at the center of our customer experience. You'll serve as the trusted connection between vehicle owners and our service team, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

In this Automotive Service Advisor position, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking quality service and maintenance. You'll listen carefully to understand vehicle concerns, collaborate with our technicians to identify the best solutions, and keep customers informed throughout the entire service process. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage customer relationships will directly drive loyalty and business growth.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and build immediate rapport through professional, attentive service
• Record vehicle concerns and service needs with accuracy and thoroughness
• Consult with service technicians to develop effective repair and maintenance strategies
• Create detailed service estimates and explain recommendations in clear, accessible language
• Maintain regular communication with customers about service progress and any findings
• Schedule appointments efficiently and coordinate vehicle flow through the service department
• Complete all service documentation accurately and ensure smooth vehicle handover

Compensation

Full-time position with annual earnings of $75,000–$150,000.
