About the Role
As a Pharmaceutical Rep – Oncology, you'll serve as the primary sales agent for your assigned territory, spearheading the market launch of new and innovative pharmaceutical products. This full-time position offers both entry-level pathways and specialist opportunities for experienced pharmaceutical sales professionals ready to grow with Prism Biotech.
What You'll Do
- Lead product presentations and clinical education to oncologists, healthcare providers, and medical staff within your territory
- Build and cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community
- Execute territory-based sales strategies to drive product adoption during critical market launches
- Communicate product benefits, clinical data, and value propositions to decision-makers
- Maintain detailed sales records, activity logs, and performance metrics using CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet territory objectives and company goals
- Stay informed on product information, clinical evidence, competitive dynamics, and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For

- Track record of sales success or demonstrated ability to develop strong client relationships

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience
