Employer.com is seeking a Recruiter III specializing in Sales & Distribution to join our New York City office. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you'll build and support our Salesforce partnership recruitment efforts, identifying and recruiting top sales and distribution talent for this growing initiative.
About the Role
This full-time position focuses on full-cycle recruiting for Sales & Distribution roles within our Salesforce partnership. You'll manage the entire recruitment process—from identifying and sourcing qualified candidates through closing placements—for sales and distribution teams.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Sales & Distribution positions, managing pipeline development, candidate screening, and placement
- Source, screen, and present top sales and distribution talent aligned with our Salesforce partnership objectives
- Partner with hiring managers and sales leadership to understand staffing needs and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with passive and active candidates in the sales and distribution space
- Track and optimize recruiting metrics and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and successful placements
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated expertise in Sales & Distribution talent acquisition
- Deep understanding of sales roles, team structures, and what drives success in distribution environments
- Strong network in the sales and distribution talent market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence hiring managers and candidates
- Track record of building diverse, high-performing sales and distribution teams
- Proficiency with recruiting and applicant tracking systems
- Salesforce experience or knowledge of CRM environments a plus
