Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in Germany that is seeking a field sales professional. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary contact for medical practices in your assigned region (Nordrhein, Hessen, Sachsen, or nationwide remote)
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with general practitioners and their practice teams
• Identify client needs and provide consultative support on healthcare service contracts and implementation
• Drive adoption of specialized care models through expert guidance and relationship management
• Work closely with internal support teams to coordinate organizational and acquisition tasks
• Spend approximately 80% of your time in field visits creating meaningful client connections
• Contribute directly to improved patient care delivery and strengthen primary care medicine

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in field sales, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Educational background in healthcare, health management, business, or related field
• Strong passion for direct customer contact and ability to inspire medical professionals both in-person and virtually
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
• Confident, professional presence with strong presentation abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with business acumen
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with high levels of responsibility
• Flexibility to travel extensively within your territory
• Genuine enthusiasm for the healthcare industry

Pay

Our client offers a secure base salary plus performance-based commission. Additional benefits include a company car for private use, enhanced pension contributions, health account (up to €600 annually), and fully funded Deutschland-Ticket or subsidized job bike. Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process.
