About the Role
Aya Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Physical Therapist to deliver direct patient care in Lihue, Kauai. Working days on a consistent 5-day, 8-hour weekly schedule, you'll provide evidence-based rehabilitation services in a clinical environment that values your expertise and professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility training
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions based on clinical response
- Educate patients on recovery strategies, injury prevention, and long-term health maintenance
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care
- Uphold clinical best practices and facility policies
What We're Looking For
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Hawaii
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher qualification
- Demonstrated clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment competency
- Strong patient communication and education skills
