About the Role
As a Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer based in Menomonee Falls, Waukesha County, you'll be the face of Mondelēz International inside local retail stores. This hands-on position centers on keeping our snack products well-stocked, well-presented, and ready for shoppers, while nurturing strong day-to-day relationships with store partners. Key Responsibilities
- Meet the merchandising needs of assigned retail customers through clear communication and dependable service.
- Stock and replenish store shelves with Nabisco and other Mondelēz International snack products.
- Build and maintain working relationships with store personnel to support smooth in-store execution.
- Set up, refresh, and rotate product displays, including changing out displays as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador for some of the world's most recognized snack favorites.
Qualifications
- Comfortable with the physical demands of stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building customer relationships.
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage merchandising tasks independently.
- Availability for a full-time schedule in the Menomonee Falls, Waukesha County area (on-site; this is not a remote role).
