About the Role

As a traveling clinician, you will join a diverse caseload in the Dallas area, delivering evidence‑based physical therapy services to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions. The assignment follows a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule with eight‑hour shifts, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence while exploring a new city. You will also have access to Aya’s unlimited continuing education units provided by MedBridge to support ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility activities.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self‑management strategies.
• Maintain current Texas physical therapy licensure and comply with all state and facility regulations.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training, including unlimited continuing education units via MedBridge.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care and adjust treatment goals as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Active PT license in good standing with the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings.
