About the Role

As a Mobile Laboratory Technologist with Lancesoft INC, you will support a mobile laboratory team serving patients across San Leandro, CA. This is a full-time, permanent evening position (Monday through Friday) offering an 8-hour schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. You'll work in a high-energy, hands-on setting where accuracy and compassionate service go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and specimen processing as part of a mobile lab team.
• Collect, handle, and prepare patient samples while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Deliver timely, accurate results in a fast-moving, patient-focused environment.
• Support smooth daily operations across mobile laboratory locations during evening hours.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse), MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician), or CLS (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) is required.
• Availability to work evening shifts, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, mobile clinical setting.
• A patient-first mindset and strong attention to detail.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $26.00 – $32.00 per hour, determined by your experience and credentials.
