About the Role

We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at a full-time position in Cold Spring, Stearns County, delivering evidence-based rehabilitation services to patients across the care continuum. This 13-week contract assignment begins July 27, 2026, offering a structured schedule with predictable daily hours and the opportunity to work with a collaborative healthcare facility.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on functional outcomes
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and communicate progress with the interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize patient care

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid Physical Therapy license in Minnesota
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to facility protocols

Compensation & Schedule

This position offers $1,789 to $2,019 per week. You'll work five 8-hour shifts on the day schedule over the 13-week contract period, providing stability and work-life balance. Unlimited continuing education units through MedBridge support your professional growth throughout your assignment.
