What You'll Do

• Perform hemodialysis treatment initiation and patient monitoring throughout each session
• Evaluate pre-treatment and ongoing vital signs, fluid status, and clinical presentation
• Operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment while maintaining equipment safety standards
• Record comprehensive treatment notes, patient responses, and any clinical changes in electronic systems
• Teach patients about their treatment, medication compliance, and daily health management
• Work alongside nephrologists and care coordinators to optimize patient outcomes
• Follow all facility protocols, infection control procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

• Valid RN license for New York state
• One or more years of clinical nursing practice (dialysis experience valued)
