Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists with patient treatment sessions and therapeutic exercises
• Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and materials according to clinical protocols
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and observations in patient records
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
• Follow all facility policies, HIPAA regulations, and patient care standards

Who We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification in good standing
• Minimum 1+ years of clinical experience as a PTA
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Physical ability to assist patients and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Flexibility to adapt to different clinical settings and workflows
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
