Testmanager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking an experienced Testmanager in Karlsruhe. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate, create, and implement test processes, test concepts, and test planning based on functional requirements
• Develop and optimize the overall test strategy
• Collaborate within an agile development team working on banking software applications
• Document processes in quality and test management

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or demonstrated long-term experience in testing environments, or comparable qualification
• Substantial professional or project experience as a Test Manager
• ISTQB certification and proficiency with standard testing tools
• Ideally, solid domain knowledge in the banking industry
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, as well as Confluence and Jira
• High self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
