Teamlead Graphic Services (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential creative agency in Stuttgart seeking a Teamlead Graphic Services for a 2-year parental leave cover position. In this role, you will:

• Lead and coordinate the desktop publishing team in daily creation, review, and approval of print and adaptation files
• Maintain end-to-end responsibility for quality standards, color management, and print specifications while continuously optimizing internal DTP workflows
• Plan resources and capacity efficiently, assigning tasks and managing workload for DTP operators in close coordination with project management and production teams
• Serve as the primary liaison between creative, project management, external printers, and production partners to clarify technical feasibility
• Provide hands-on support in daily operations for complex artwork finalization, adaptations, profiling, and preflight checks

What We're Looking For

• Completed training as a Media Designer (Digital and Print) or comparable degree, with several years of professional experience in an agency or production environment
• Previous experience in team leadership or project management with a structured, solution-oriented, and empathetic working style
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and comprehensive knowledge of printing processes, color management, profiling, and preflight procedures
• Strong quality orientation, composure during peak periods, and excellent communication skills in both German and English
