Test Center Administrator (FT)

Prometric is seeking a full-time Test Center Administrator to manage daily operations at our testing facility in Clark, New Jersey. As the primary point of contact for test candidates and the face of our organization, you'll ensure a professional, secure, and welcoming testing environment while supporting operational excellence at our 100 Walnut Avenue location.

What This Role Involves

In this position, you'll be central to our test center's success, managing the candidate experience for thousands of test-takers annually at our Clark, Union County facility. Working directly under the Test Center Manager, you'll handle the front-line responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly and uphold Prometric's reputation for providing secure, professional testing environments across the globe.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and register test candidates, verifying identification and required documentation according to established testing protocols
• Manage daily test center scheduling, room assignments, and candidate flow to optimize facility efficiency
• Maintain secure, clean, and properly organized testing spaces that comply with all regulatory and security standards
• Process test materials and candidate documentation with accuracy and maintain organized records
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for testing systems and equipment
• Answer candidate questions and address concerns with professionalism, clarity, and courtesy
• Enforce confidentiality requirements and security protocols at all times
• Support the Test Center Manager with administrative tasks, facility maintenance, and operational reporting

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor and genuine customer service orientation
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain strict compliance with standards
• Comfortable working with computer systems and standard software applications
• Reliable attendance and consistent punctuality
