Residential Aides at Crossroads Turning Points are essential members of our recovery support team. You'll work in our Belle Plain residential facility, creating a therapeutic environment where individuals receive personalized attention and encouragement. What You'll Do

• Provide direct daily support to residents in a structured recovery setting
• Assist with daily living activities while promoting resident independence
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive residential environment
• Model and encourage healthy coping strategies and behaviors
• Support clinical and administrative team goals through effective communication
• Respond with compassion and professionalism to resident needs
• Contribute to a therapeutic community based on respect and dignity

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Available for full-time, on-site work in Belle Plain
• Genuine compassion for individuals in recovery
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliability, honesty, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
