This RazerStore Sales Associate position is an on-site, full-time opportunity based in King of Prussia (KOP), US. You'll connect players with the gear they love, deliver standout in-store experiences, and represent everything the Razer brand stands for to a passionate community of gamers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome shoppers, understand their gaming needs, and guide them toward the right Razer products and accessories.
- Drive store sales by sharing product knowledge, demonstrating features, and turning visitors into loyal fans.
- Maintain an inviting, well-organized, and visually engaging retail environment.
- Process transactions accurately and support day-to-day store operations.
- Embody the gamer-centric culture and energy that defines the LifeAtRazer experience.
Qualifications
- A genuine enthusiasm for gaming, technology, and the Razer ecosystem.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail setting.
- Availability to work on-site at the King of Prussia (KOP) location, including the flexible hours typical of retail.
