About the Role
You'll take ownership of the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) cycle—the backbone of our production strategy. This role sits at the intersection of commercial demand and operational delivery, requiring you to build alignment across multiple functions and drive data-informed decisions that keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly and meeting customer commitments.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the monthly SIOP process, translating sales forecasts into operational plans and inventory targets
- Lead coordination between sales, operations, and supply chain teams to balance demand forecasting with production capacity
- Analyze supply chain metrics, inventory levels, and production efficiency to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement strategies to ensure material availability and cost competitiveness
- Develop and communicate supply chain strategy that supports both short-term execution and long-term growth
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to solve complex operational challenges and improve throughput
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in supply chain management, with demonstrated experience in SIOP or similar demand-planning processes
- Proven track record of cross-functional leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain planning tools and systems
- Experience managing supplier relationships and supply base optimization
- Excellent communication abilities—you'll influence without direct authority across multiple departments
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
