About the Role
As a Delivery Driver/Laborer in commercial construction, you will keep materials, tools, and equipment moving to where they are needed most. You will spend part of your day behind the wheel handling pickups and deliveries, and the rest contributing directly on site as a laborer. It is a practical, varied position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and being part of a team that takes pride in the built world.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport materials, supplies, tools, and equipment safely between vendors, the warehouse, and jobsites in and around Dublin, Franklin County
- Load, secure, and unload deliveries, verifying accuracy against orders
- Provide general labor support to construction crews as needed
- Maintain the vehicle in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic regulations on the road and on site
- Communicate clearly with project teams to ensure timely, organized deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying materials
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to workplace safety
- Comfort working both independently on the road and alongside a construction crew
- Prior delivery, warehouse, or construction labor experience is a plus
