Temporary | IEI Liturgical Coordinator

University of Notre Dame is seeking a dedicated Temporary Liturgical Coordinator to support our vibrant campus faith community in Notre Dame, IN. In this part-time role, you'll coordinate and enhance the liturgical experiences that are central to our Catholic educational mission.

As a Liturgical Coordinator, you'll play a key role in organizing, preparing, and delivering the prayer services, Masses, and worship experiences that form the heart of campus life. This role is ideal for someone passionate about liturgy and committed to supporting an active faith community in a university setting.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and logistics for daily and special liturgical events on campus
• Work closely with campus ministry staff, priests, and student leaders to plan and execute worship services
• Prepare worship spaces and ensure all necessary liturgical materials are in place
• Assist with communications regarding Mass times, liturgical celebrations, and prayer service announcements
• Support the coordination of sacramental preparation and faith formation activities
• Help organize special liturgical events including holiday celebrations and seasonal observances

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Catholic liturgy and worship practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse campus groups and religious leaders
• Attention to detail and sensitivity to the spiritual significance of liturgical preparation
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including some early mornings and evenings
• Commitment to supporting the Catholic mission of Notre Dame
