Technology Account Partner – Public Sector

Our talent team is representing a confidential data technology organization in their search for a Technology Account Partner focused on the Public Sector. This London-based role sits at the intersection of technical expertise and strategic client relationship management, working with government and public sector entities to deliver transformative data solutions.

We are seeking a professional who can serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bridging the gap between complex platform capabilities and real-world public sector challenges. You'll be instrumental in driving long-term account strategy and ensuring successful adoption of advanced data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional expert on our client's data platform, developing deep understanding of capabilities and applications within public sector contexts
• Build expertise in public sector regulatory environments, practices, and unique challenges faced by government organizations
• Lead discovery sessions with customers and partners to identify core business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes
• Design and iterate tailored solutions in collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams to address specific organizational needs
• Guide deployment decisions and enterprise-level architecture choices, ensuring optimal solutions for each use case
• Act as an integral member of account teams for key public sector clients, helping define and execute account strategies that deliver sustained business value
• Coordinate with product, delivery, and partner teams to ensure alignment with customer goals and successful value realization
• Support platform adoption and operationalization, enabling customers to embed solutions effectively within their organizations
• Own executive relationships and establish governance frameworks for ongoing engagement throughout the customer lifecycle
• Drive successful renewals and identify opportunities for continued growth and expansion

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Background in commercially focused technical roles such as Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, or Value Consulting
• Experience implementing, operating, or working with data and technology platforms specifically within the Public Sector
• Proven track record defining and executing long-term vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Strong product and technology expertise with credibility to engage on complex public sector challenges
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance as a minimum
