Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential building products manufacturer in France seeking a Technical Sales Representative for the Nord region. In this role, you will:
- Organize client follow-up and retention by developing customized solutions for their projects
- Sell technical building products to general contractors, facade specialists, waterproofing companies, and system integrators across Haut de France and Champagne-Ardenne regions
- Provide technical and financial responses to public and private tender specifications (CCTP)
- Identify new projects and define appropriate solutions in collaboration with the engineering team
- Prepare quotes in coordination with the pricing department
- Negotiate quotes while respecting company commercial policy
- Conduct ongoing market intelligence and periodic market studies
- Actively participate in project development from specification through to sale
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Technical and commercial education background
- Proven experience in complex sales or technical consulting with a building products manufacturer (roofing, facade, building automation, closures, ventilation systems) or within an engineering office
- Strong knowledge of technical specifications and current building regulations
- Experience with products prescribed within CCTP documentation
- Mastery of sales techniques and commercial management software tools
- Autonomous working style with strong negotiation skills
- Team collaboration abilities and business development mindset
- Experience as a prescriber or selling technical solutions is a plus
