Sr. Analytics & Insights Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Sr. Analytics & Insights Analyst. Our client is seeking a strategic partner who can translate complex data into meaningful business intelligence that drives critical decision-making across their organization.

This role will lead high-impact analytical initiatives, optimize business performance across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and mentor junior analysts. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your ability to distill data into clear insights and actionable recommendations will directly influence senior executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical initiatives supporting enterprise-level strategic priorities, including sales performance optimization, customer acquisition and retention strategy, and channel attribution modeling
• Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical goals and translate business questions into structured, data-driven analysis
• Design and develop advanced analytical models using statistical and predictive techniques such as regression, clustering, classification, and time series forecasting
• Create and manage KPI dashboards and reporting tools providing real-time visibility into marketing campaigns, sales channels, and customer cohorts
• Mentor junior analysts, reviewing their work for analytical rigor, clarity, and business relevance
• Transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights through storytelling and visualizations using BI tools
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data architecture and pipelines aligned with analytical and reporting needs
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behaviors, product performance, and retention effectiveness to uncover trends and provide recommendations

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science (Master's degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a business analytics role, ideally within a direct-to-consumer environment
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with demonstrated ability to manipulate large datasets, build automated workflows, and conduct statistical analyses
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, experimental design (A/B testing), and modeling techniques
• Proven experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Medicare, ACA Health, or broader health insurance industry
• Experience with customer retention modeling and lead funnel analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Proactive mindset for mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement
