About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential engineering services organization in a critical growth phase. Our client partners with high-tech companies to accelerate product development through scalable engineering expertise. As their trusted recruitment partner, Get A Job.ai is seeking a high-velocity Technical Recruiter to support their rapid expansion across multiple markets.

This is a full-time independent contractor position, fully remote, requiring availability during EST business hours (9-5). You'll play a cornerstone role in connecting specialized engineering talent with complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand complex technical requirements across diverse engineering roles, including specific tech stacks, tools, and development environments
• Drive high-volume sourcing and outreach to meet productivity targets of at least 2 quality candidate submissions per day
• Execute rapid-response recruitment cycles, working to fill roles within 48-hour windows
• Manage full-cycle recruitment within the ATS, from sourcing and screening through coordination and offer stages
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to evaluate technical proficiency and organizational fit
• Execute aggressive outbound strategies including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to engage passive candidates
• Partner closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure precise alignment on candidate profiles
• Maintain detailed documentation of interview outcomes and candidate interactions to support a seamless experience

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3 to 5 years of technical recruiting experience specifically in IT, software, or engineering domains
• Proven success recruiting in SaaS, tech, or consulting environments
• Mastery of outbound sourcing techniques, including cold calling and advanced LinkedIn search strategies
• Professional fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the EST timezone
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Hunter mentality with persistence and drive in fast-paced environments

Preferred:

• Proficiency in French (written and verbal)
• Experience using Loxo as an ATS platform
• Direct experience in contract negotiation
• Background or familiarity with the telecommunications sector
