Teamleiter Servicecenter

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential retail electronics organization seeking a Teamleiter Servicecenter in Neuötting. In this leadership role, you will:

• Organize and manage the service center's daily operations
• Accept defective customer devices, perform initial diagnostics, and create repair orders
• Process field service requests and coordinate appointment scheduling
• Coordinate repair and service cases to ensure fast, customer-friendly resolution
• Manage the return of repaired devices and coordinate customer pickups
• Sell refurbished devices and spare parts
• Administer and issue loaner equipment to customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding repairs, service orders, and pickups
• Collaborate closely with sales, repair, logistics, and other internal departments
• Support and relieve the department manager in daily operations while handling organizational and coordination tasks

• Ability to maintain composure when managing high volumes at the register, phones, and service center simultaneously
• Enjoyment in leading a team and ensuring smooth operations
• Experience onboarding new team members and supporting their development

• Ability to monitor service quality and identify improvement opportunities
• Capability to motivate and support team members in their daily work
• Talent for ensuring seamless coordination between register, phone support, and service center activities
