Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential premium retail client seeking a sales-focused working student (20 hours per week) for their Berlin location. In this role, you will:
- Serve as a brand ambassador, engaging customers with product knowledge and compelling storytelling about premium specialty goods
- Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service and create memorable shopping experiences through expert consultation
- Execute operational processes including visual merchandising, point-of-sale transactions, and inventory management
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated team to achieve shared goals and contribute to store success
- Participate in special events and customer activation initiatives, bringing your own creative ideas to the table
What We're Looking For
Our talent team is seeking candidates with:
- Prior retail experience, ideally in premium or lifestyle segments
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer engagement, with a positive, service-oriented mindset
- Strong reliability and commitment to teamwork
- Excellent communication skills with natural storytelling ability
- Very good German language skills and good English proficiency
- Student status with availability for approximately 20 hours per week
