Founding Product Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential PropTech client in Berlin that is building AI-powered workflow automation for a regulated industry. This is a founding Product Manager role—the first PM hire working directly with leadership to own product strategy, execution, and business outcomes from concept through launch.

You will be the connective tissue between engineering and business, with owner-level responsibility across the entire product lifecycle. This role blends product management, product marketing, and strategic vision. You won't own a single feature—you'll own a complete product domain, a customer persona, and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes for your domain
• Rapid prototype with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to show concepts, not just describe them
• Bridge engineering and business teams—understand data systems deeply enough to explain what's technically feasible
• Drive revenue and customer outcomes as your north star, not just shipped features
• Conduct daily customer conversations to validate direction and uncover needs
• Break down silos and create shared context across functions
• Guide technical development of AI agent architecture and LLM-based systems in production

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI-native products
• Technical depth in AI agent architecture, context engineering, and LLM-based systems
• Proven ability to use AI tools for rapid prototyping
• Track record building a product from concept to launch with measurable success
• History of bridging engineering and business teams effectively
• Fluent German (negotiation-level); residency in the DACH region

Preferred:

• Experience in real estate, PropTech, or another regulated industry
• Background in AI/ML products, voice AI, or workflow automation
• Early-stage startup experience (Pre-Seed to Series A)
• Experience building a product function from zero
