About the Role

As a Sandwich Artist at Pilot Company's Amarillo location, you're the cornerstone of our quick-service food operation. You'll prepare fresh sandwiches to order, interact with travelers and local customers, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. This is a full-time position where your speed, accuracy, and friendly demeanor drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications with accuracy and attention to detail
• Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable service recommendations
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and follow all food handling and hygiene standards
• Operate register systems and process customer transactions accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
• Collaborate with team members during peak service times to ensure efficient operations
• Follow all company policies and safety protocols consistently
