Janitorial Maintenance

Pilot Company is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Maintenance professional to join our team in Williamsburg, KY. This part-time position is an excellent opportunity to help maintain our facility to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

What This Role Involves

As a Janitorial Maintenance specialist at our Williamsburg, Kentucky location, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our travel center remains clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest and team member. Your work directly impacts the first impression customers have when they arrive, and you'll take pride in maintaining professional standards across all areas of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all public areas, restrooms, and common spaces throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Perform routine cleaning of restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces
• Restock restroom supplies and paper products as needed
• Report maintenance issues or facility damage to management
• Follow all company cleaning protocols and safety procedures

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Reliability and strong work ethic in a part-time schedule
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions
• Experience with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus
• Valid identification and ability to pass a background check
