Strategic Implementation Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the IoT and fleet technology sector who is seeking a Strategic Implementation Consultant to join their Enterprise customer success organization. This is a remote position based in the United States.

Our client works with organizations across transportation, logistics, construction, utilities, and related industries that depend on physical operations. In this role, you will guide their largest customers through successful deployment and adoption of IoT solutions for fleet and industrial asset management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technology deployments for enterprise-scale customers, ensuring rapid time-to-value
• Develop customized launch plans and adoption roadmaps tailored to each customer's business objectives
• Track implementation milestones, product usage metrics, and overall account health
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for both executive stakeholders and end users
• Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements while coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams
• Serve as a strategic advisor and mentor to broader customer success and support organizations
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of the platform to effectively communicate capabilities across diverse use cases
• Travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time as needed

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting roles (Enterprise SaaS experience preferred)
• Proven experience with end-to-end technical system implementations
• Strong consultative and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders from executives to daily system users
• Excellence in priority management and high emotional intelligence for handling demanding situations
• Experience supporting or working directly with technical products
• Comfort thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments with strong initiative-taking abilities
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution

Ideal candidates also have:

• Experience supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies
• Strong bias for action combined with strategic thinking and high standards

Pay

The client has indicated a base salary range of $100,406–$135,000 USD annually for this position. Actual compensation will depend on location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and equity.
