Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to support their Sourcing and Supplier Qualification workstream. In this role, you will:

• Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and analyze requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solution options
• Support Oracle EBS processes related to Sourcing and Supplier Qualification
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate mapping of requirements to system design
• Prepare and review functional specifications, solution documents, and process flows
• Support testing, issue resolution, and user validation activities
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely progress and resolution of open items
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve process efficiency and solution quality

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a solution-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between functional business needs and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.15
• SQL/PL-SQL proficiency
• Solid understanding of Contract, Sourcing, and Supplier Qualification processes
• Proven ability to operate in a techno-functional capacity
• Experience working directly with business users and delivery teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide solutions rather than just execute tasks
• Experience in implementation, enhancement, or support engagements within Oracle EBS
