Stage – Diagnostic territorial & stratégie d’implantation (H/F)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential public administration organization in the Île-de-France region. We are seeking a strategic analyst intern to support a high-impact territorial diagnostic and expansion strategy project. This internship offers Master's-level students an opportunity to work on organizational optimization challenges within a major European institution.

Duration: 4 to 6 months

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis and structure data from multiple internal stakeholders across the organization
• Identify and evaluate relevant criteria to understand the current territorial network and organizational footprint
• Develop a clear, evidence-based diagnostic of the existing geographical presence
• Create optimization scenarios considering operational activity, human resources, financial constraints, and real estate considerations
• Prepare concrete recommendations for strategic territorial deployment
• Present findings to senior leadership within the general inspection and executive secretariat teams

What We're Looking For

Education: Master's student (M1 or M2) in management, economics, business administration, or graduate from a grande école de commerce

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Strong intellectual curiosity and interest in complex organizational challenges
• Ability to step back and cross-reference multiple analytical approaches
• Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Rigorous methodology and autonomous working style
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional fluency in French (working language)
