Administrateur Systèmes et Réseaux- projet IT (H/F) – CDI

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential HR technology organization seeking an experienced Systems and Network Administrator for strategic IT projects. In this role, you will:

• Propose and implement technical solutions for IT initiatives
• Administer servers and business-critical platforms
• Monitor and manage AWS cloud services
• Perform server updates across Windows environments and business applications
• Manage internal network infrastructure
• Provide expert-level technical support and incident resolution
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
• Document procedures for support teams and manage level 2 & 3 support escalations

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with at least 4 years of systems administration experience, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment. You hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in a related field.

Technical expertise required:

• Cloud environments, particularly AWS EC2
• Application streaming or virtual desktop solutions (such as AWS AppStream)
• Windows 365 administration tools (Azure AD, Intune, GPO, Defender)
• Operating systems: Windows and Mac OS
• Project management and ticketing systems (JIRA)
• Network infrastructure (FortiNet) and VoIP telephony (3CX)
• PowerShell scripting
