Chef de projet marketing digital H/F – CDI

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruitment technology organization seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join their team in Clichy, Île-de-France. In this role, you will:

• Design and deploy B2B-focused digital marketing action plans to support lead generation and sales team objectives
• Conceive and execute acquisition and growth campaigns, managing lead qualification and funnel optimization within Salesforce
• Develop and implement commercial operations for a network of approximately 250 local agencies
• Create marketing kits and sales enablement materials to support agency prospecting activities
• Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for internal tools and B2B offerings, collaborating with Product and Sales teams
• Lead website redesign projects and manage ongoing site evolution across the organization
• Define and implement SEO/GEO strategies and conversion rate optimization initiatives
• Monitor traffic analytics using Google Analytics and produce performance reports
• Serve as the marketing team's AI reference point, identifying and deploying AI use cases to optimize workflows including content production, personalization, analysis, and scoring
• Integrate AI tools into daily marketing processes to enhance efficiency and quality
• Conduct structured market intelligence on AI practices in marketing and experiment with new applications
• Coordinate AI integration projects with Data and Product teams
• Track and analyze campaign performance and marketing actions
• Perform internal and market data analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Conduct regular competitive and market intelligence
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Data, Product, Sales, and IT teams
• Manage client and agency satisfaction surveys

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with:

• A Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, in Digital Marketing, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar digital marketing project roles
• Strong command of acquisition and performance levers including SEA, SEO/GEO, email marketing, and growth marketing
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, A/B testing platforms, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and AI solutions
• Excellent written communication skills in French
• Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns and coordinate cross-functional projects
• Experience animating partner networks and leveraging data for strategic decision-making
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across Marketing, Data, Product, Sales, and Network teams
• Autonomy, creativity, analytical thinking, curiosity, and a strong capacity to propose innovative initiatives
• Fluency in French is required for this position based in the Paris region

Pay

This is a permanent contract (CDI) position based in Clichy. The original employer offers compensation between €34,000 and €40,000 annually depending on experience, plus €2,000 in annual performance-based bonuses.
