Responsable opérationnel Grands Comptes Intérim – CDI H/F

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruitment services organization seeking a seasoned operational leader for their national accounts division. In this role, you will deploy national agreements across client sites by securing meetings with HR directors, operations managers, and site leaders to initiate partnerships and drive commercial actions across the full account portfolio.

You will serve as the primary commercial contact for site-level stakeholders—human resources managers, production leads, and facility directors—while managing a team of 4–6 account managers who interact daily with clients and candidates. Your leadership will focus on training and developing your team to ensure consistent performance.

Additional responsibilities include identifying new prospects, generating qualified appointments, contributing to tender responses, tracking KPIs, analyzing performance data, implementing corrective actions, ensuring process compliance both internally and at client sites, and supporting the Business Unit Director in monthly and quarterly reviews.

What We're Looking For

You bring solid expertise in temporary work legislation and payroll regulations, paired with proficiency in sector-specific management tools. You are comfortable analyzing performance metrics, identifying gaps, and executing effective action plans while managing key performance indicators.

Your background includes proven experience in national account development or agency management within the staffing or recruitment sector. You are recognized for your administrative and legal rigor, as well as your team leadership skills. You thrive in collaborative environments and contribute actively to evolving service offerings and commercial messaging.

This position is based in Clichy, Île-de-France, and is offered as a permanent contract (CDI).

Pay

The client offers a base salary of €46,000–€50,000 gross annually, complemented by monthly variable compensation and a company vehicle. Compensation details with the end employer will be discussed during the client interview stage.
