Chargé de recrutement H/F – Agence Vitalis Médical Pontault-Combault – Alternance Septembre

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare staffing organization seeking a recruitment coordinator for their Pontault-Combault office. This alternance position begins mid-September with a 4-day work week plus 1 study day.

Reporting to the agency manager, you will handle:

• Sourcing and recruitment: Analyze client needs in the medical sector to identify suitable profiles for temporary, fixed-term, and permanent placements. Conduct sourcing, selection, and qualification of candidates using various recruitment tools. Build a reliable talent pool of engaged professionals.
• Candidate support: Guide candidates throughout their journey—integration, assignments, regular check-ins, and daily support. Serve as their primary contact, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and smooth mission execution.
• Administrative management: Handle all administrative tasks related to placements including file creation and tracking, contract drafting, employment declarations, HR data entry, document verification, medical visit monitoring, advance payments, and invoicing. Ensure procedural compliance and optimal service quality.

• Ideally, prior experience in recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with tenacity and strong service orientation to effectively meet client needs and support candidates
• Organized and rigorous with comfort in administrative management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with both clients and candidates
• Above all, we seek the right attitude: a dynamic, curious, and committed personality
• Must be eligible for an alternance contract starting mid-September

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are based on standard alternance contract rates.
