Stage Communication – Stratégie événementielle & coordination (Adopt AI)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology consultancy based in Paris's 9th arrondissement. They are seeking an intern to support strategic communication and event coordination for AI adoption initiatives.

In this role, you will contribute to the operational delivery of generative AI projects for enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing project operations including scoping, planning, tracking, and deliverables for GenAI initiatives
• Coordinating between internal stakeholders (designers, data scientists, consultants) and external parties (clients, technology partners)
• Creating educational materials about generative AI including presentations, practical guides, and use case documentation
• Co-facilitating client workshops focused on AI acculturation, demonstrations, and practical applications
• Conducting research on the latest developments in generative AI including LLMs, copilots, and frameworks
• Testing new tools and analyzing their relevance for different business use cases
• Supporting business development activities

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program at a business school or university
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and innovation
• Previous consulting experience with exceptional rigor in project management
• Demonstrated interest in generative AI technologies, LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), and no-code/low-code tools
• Comfortable managing projects, working in teams, and adapting to rapidly evolving environments
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluency in French required for this Paris-based position
